Hey There,
I ordered the Diana Karazon CD off your website. I recieved it today. Thanks very much. My question is: is this CD a copy of the original? It somehow looks like it was burnt onto another CD. It says "700 MB and Vertabim" on the actual CD.
Maybe I am just used to the way American CD's are made and this one looks different to me. Let me know. Either way I was very pleased. Thank you

Hello 24arabia,
I received the cds/dvds and I'm very pleased with your service. The only problem is that one of the mp3 cds is defective, it doesn't open like the other ones in the computer. It says that there's some incorrect path/type of file and therefore doesn't open. I even tried in a regular mp3 cd player, but it doesn't play and shows the messages "not mp3". Everything else works great and I'm very happy.
I'd like to know if you guys could exchange it for the same title. And if so, how does it work? I'd like to place another order, could you send the exchange with the next pack?
