Plot / Story:

Several centuries ago in Nottingham County, a cruel and greedy baron by the name of Alwine ordered the destruction of the Huntingtons` castle - from the fire of which Robin and his cousins, Will, Winifred and Barbara, miraculously escaped. The youngsters sought shelter in Sherwood Forest. However, in the forest there lived a fearless group of young bandits, led by Little John. Their first encounter with Robin and his cousins was at first rather stormy, as the two groups fought for the destiny of a young, noble maiden named Marian who had fallen into the hands of the bandits during an ambush. Together they try to stop Alwines plan and save Marian Lancaster.

وبن هود: السهم الناري (بايابانية: ロビンフッドの大冒険) مسلسل رسوم متحركة ياياني (أنمي) من إنتاج (Tatsunoko) وإخراج (Koichi Mashimo) بدأ عرضة في 29 يوليو 1990 واستمر حتى 28 أكتوبر 1992.

روبن هود ابن لرجل نبيل كان يدافع عن الخير إلى أن مات هو وزوجته ودُمِّر منزله ، فقرر روبن أن يخطو خُطى والده وأن يدافع عن المظلومين ، وأخذ يتنقل في الغابة ، ويتعرف على الأصدقاء ، وقد تعرف على عصابة الغابة وزعيمها جون ، الذي لا يهمه إن كانت تصرفاته صحيحة أم خاطئة ، كل همه أن يسطو على الناس المارة ليأخذ ما يحتاجه كي يعيش هو وعصابته ، لكن روبن أصلح حالهم .

أما عدو روبن الأكبر هو اللورد ألواين الذي كان سبباً في موت والده ، ولم يكف أبداً عن ظلم الناس ، وقد حاربه إلى آخر لحظة .

وهناك جلبيرت الذي كان يُكِنُّ لروبن العداء ولعائلته أيضاً ، وقد عانى منه روبن الكثير ، مع أنه لا يكرهه أبداً . لكن جلبيرت قد صلُحَت حاله في الحلقات الأخيرة .
